Leadership and Professional Development Initiative
The Leadership and Professional Development Initiative (LDPI) is housed within the Office of the Provost at Florida Atlantic University.

The Initiative strives to deliver programs, resources, and connections by assessing the professional development needs of faculty and staff at the University.
Throughout this page, you'll find examples of my work as an intern for the Leadership and Professional Development Initiative (LDPI).
I wrote copy and visually designed the Initiative's website, assisted in the planning of the year-long Leadership Flight Academy, and utilized effective assessment methods to plan programs for faculty.
In addition to constructing materials for the LDPI website, I created marketing materials for upcoming programs, created infographics, and developed a marketing strategy.
My designs pulled from the University branding guidelines and Provost website to create a simple and contemporary feel.
